With a Dartford based office, both Director’s are close-by to all of the properties in the portfolio, including the Ebbsfleet lets. On a daily basis we respond to any issues that may arise, efficiently, with zero travel time to consider. Outside of office hours, Chappersdean LLP can be reached through various methods of communication, and tenants can be confident that their queries are addressed promptly. We understand and recognise that tenants appreciate good communication with their landlord and therefore we pride ourselves on being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via voicemail enabled phones, text, WhatsApp and email.

 

In order to maintain our properties to the highest standard, Chappersdean LLP conduct 3 monthly visits to all of the properties. This enables us to keep on top of any issues that may have arisen internally or externally and address any queries with our tenants face-to-face if they would prefer.
