Chappersdean LLP directly handles every aspect of its letting procedures including; property marketing and advertising, property viewings, inventories and deposit management. Before finally handing over the keys and welcoming you into your new home. We aim to make the letting process as smooth as possible for our tenants, encouraging a good working relationship throughout the tenancy.
All new and existing tenants are provided with informative and compulsory paper work throughout their tenancies in keeping with Government guidelines including: EPCs, Gas Safety Certificates, mandatory information documents and tenancy agreements. All provided at no extra cost.
Chappersdean LLP are registered members of the industry leaders in legal expertise and support, the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA). Both Director’s regularly attend training courses with the NRLA, to keep on top of the ever-changing laws and Government guidelines in relation to residential property letting.
